KADRI Trousers
The KADRI Trousers have been developed specifically for women working in demanding operational environments, combining technical performance with a fit designed around the female form.
Created in collaboration with KADRI co-founder and Special Operations Forces veteran Katheryn Basso, they draw on years of research into female tactical apparel.
The first-of-its-kind WHVR Matrix helps create a more considered fit across different female body types, while a mid-rise waistband, stretch panels, articulated knees and durable 2-way stretch fabric support comfort, mobility and performance.
Developed by women, for women, the KADRI Trousers are shaped by real experience and real operational demand.

KEELA X KADRI
ENGINEERED FOR WOMEN. NOT RESIZED FOR WOMEN.
The Keela x KADRI collaboration was created to address a long-standing issue in tactical and technical clothing: women have too often had to compromise between function and fit.
KADRI was born from first-hand experience of women struggling to find functional field trousers designed for their bodies. Too often, the solution was to buy men’s trousers large enough to accommodate the hips, then alter the waist and excess fabric to try to achieve a workable fit.
This collaboration takes a different approach - designing around women from the outset rather than adapting an existing men’s garment.

BUILT ON REAL EXPERIENCE
Working with KADRI co-founder and Special Operations Forces veteran Katheryn Basso, the project draws on years of research, development and real-world operational experience.
KADRI was established after recognising that women needed the same technical performance expected from field clothing - including breathability, moisture management, quick drying, abrasion resistance and practical storage - but combined with a fit that actually worked for women.
Together, Keela and KADRI are bringing technical clothing expertise and female-led design experience together to create clothing for demanding operational environments.

A FIT DESIGNED AROUND WOMEN
Women’s fit requirements are not static. Different body shapes, weight distribution and natural changes throughout a woman’s life can all affect how clothing fits and performs.
KADRI’s experience highlighted the need for greater stretch and adaptability to accommodate these changes without compromising function.
The WHVR Matrix takes a more considered approach to female fit, helping create a more customisable fit across different body types while maintaining the comfort, mobility and durability required for operational use.

PART OF A BIGGER CONVERSATION
The Keela x KADRI project forms part of a wider commitment to listening to women working in uniform, tactical and technical roles.
KADRI itself was founded around designing for women, by women, with feedback on fit and function helping shape future product development.
Through initiatives including the 50:50 Board, Women’s Board and dedicated women’s events, that conversation continues - bringing lived experience, feedback and female perspectives into the development process.
This is not about making a men’s product smaller. It is about engineering better clothing for women from the beginning.

REAL EXPERIENCE. A MORE INCLUSIVE FUTURE.
